В статье показаны ограничения менталитета научно-технической среды, следствиями которых являются высокая неопределенность и потенциальные риски развития высоких технологий, требующих формирования гуманистически ориентированной идеологии их разработки. С целью определения возможности использования понятия «целостность» в качестве теоретического основания такой идеологии выполнен анализ концептуальных представлений о целостности в существующих парадигмах естествознания. Выявлены значимые ограничения представлений о целостности в традиционных парадигмах (холизме, кибернетики и системного подхода), которые обусловливают необходимость определения ее новых свойств с учетом требований современных позиций (синергетики, универсального эволюционизма, квантовой теории поля) для последующего создания теоретического основания гуманистически ориентированных методологических подходов разработки высоких технологий. Restrictions of the mentality of the scientific and technical environment which consequences are high uncertainty and potential risks of development of the high technologies demanding formation humanity focused ideology of their development are shown. With the purpose of the definition of an opportunity of use of concept «wholeness» as the theoretical basis of such ideology the analysis of conceptual representations about wholeness in existing paradigms of natural sciences is executed. Significant restrictions of representations about wholeness in traditional paradigms (holism, cybernetics and the system approach) are revealed, which cause the necessity of definition of its new properties because of requirements of modern positions (synergetics, universal evolutionism, the quantum theory of a field) for the subsequent creation of the theoretical basis humanity focused methodological approaches of development of high technologies.
