В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования механизма управления инновационной деятельностью организации. Анализируются существующие подходы к понятию механизма в системах различного происхождения. Дается авторская интерпретация сущности механизма управления инновационной деятельностью организации, формируется его теоретическая модель. Делается вывод о многообразии путей его реализации. The article deals with the formation of the mechanism of management of innovative activity of the organization. The existing approaches to the concept of mechanism in systems of various origins are analyzed. The author's interpretation of the essence of the mechanism of management of innovative activity of the organization is given, its theoretical model is formed. The conclusion is made about the variety of ways to implement it.
