Предложен подход к использованию экономико-математического моделирования и компьютерного экспериментирования для обоснования долгосрочных инвестиционных программ развития крупных промышленных отраслей в условиях ограниченных финансовых ресурсов. Подход дополнен методом экспертных оценок для выбора первоочередных (приоритетных) проектов. An approach to the use of economic and mathematical modeling and computer experimentation to justify long-term investment programs for the development of large industrial sectors in conditions of limited financial resources is proposed. The approach is supplemented by the method of expert assessments for the selection of priority projects.
