Статья посвящена вопросам планирования финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и управления ресурсами медицинских организаций. Представлены результаты изучения качества организации финансово-операционного менеджмента в медицинских организациях, оказывающих населению первичную медико-санитарную помощь, на основе показателей, предусмотренных Стандартом качества управления ресурсами. Результаты анализа данных за период 2018-2020 гг. позволили определить влияние коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 на процесс реализации планов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности медицинских организаций и их финансовую устойчивость. The article is devoted to the issues of financial and economic activity planning and resource management of medical organizations. The results of studying the quality of the organization of financial and operational management in medical organizations providing primary health care to the population on the basis of indicators provided by the Resource Management Quality Standard are presented. Results of data analysis for the period 2018-2020 It allowed us to determine the impact of Covid-19 coronavirus infection on the process of implementing plans for financial and economic activities of medical organizations and their financial stability.
