DIGital asset in the system of real estate management

В данном исследовании приведено определение цифрового актива и рассмотрены его свойства в системе управления объектом недвижимости, способствующего снижению операционных издержек. Приводятся промежуточные результаты разработки сервиса для управления цифровым активом. На практике показывается метод учета и использования данных об объекте с применением технологий информационного моделирования. Приводится структура кода с точки зрения программирования. Приведенный метод направлен на учет данных на протяжении всего жизненного цикла объекта капитального строительства с упором на стадию эксплуатации как на этап ЖЦ, наименее подверженный внедрению технологий информационного моделирования. Определены актуальные направления исследования в области цифрового управления активами и управления цифровыми активами. This study provides the definition of a digital asset and examines its properties in the property management system, which helps to reduce transaction costs. The intermediate results of the development of a service for digital asset management are presented. In practice, the method of accounting and use of data about an object using information modeling technologies is shown. The structure of the code from the point of view of programming is given. The given method is aimed at recording data throughout the entire life cycle of a capital construction object with an emphasis on the operation stage, as at the life cycle stage, the least susceptible to the introduction of information modeling technologies. Relevant areas of research in the field of “digital asset” management and digital “asset management” have been identified.
