В рамках проведенного исследования проанализировано современное состояние молочного сектора как ключевой отрасли регионального АПК, играющего важнейшую роль в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности. В работе представлена оптимальная модель молокопродуктового подкомплекса, охватывающая производство и переработку молочной продукции, инфраструктуру и логистику. Приведены доводы пересмотра программ господдержки и госрегулирования функционирования молочного сегмента как на федеральном, так и региональном уровнях. Within the framework of the conducted research, the current state of the dairy sector as a key branch of the regional agro-industrial complex, which plays an important role in ensuring food security, is analyzed. The paper presents an optimal model of a dairy subcomplex, covering the production and processing of dairy products, infrastructure and logistics. The reasons for the revision of state support programs and state regulation of the functioning of the dairy segment at both the federal and regional levels are given.
