В статье определена проблема отсутствия унифицированного подхода к определению потребности в имуществе государственных учреждений для осуществления деятельности. Предлагается алгоритм оценки имущественной потребности, основанный на показателях доли основной площади и оборудования на одного потребителя услуг. Регламентирован минимально допустимый уровень обеспеченности потребности в имуществе государственных учреждений в целях повышения качественных показателей деятельности. The article reveals the problem of the lack of the unified approach to determining the need for the property of government agencies. There is the algorithm for assessing property needs, which based on the indicators of the share of the main area and equipment per one consumer of services. The author pays attention to the regulating of the minimum permissible level of provision of the need for the property of government agencies in order to improve the quality indicators of their activities.
