Обзор посвящен обобщению критериев оптимального выбора метода, комплекса методов и средств управления проектами для достижения наилучшего результата управления проектом. В обзоре представлены сведения о 35 программных комплексах (далее – ПК) и на основе анализа предложены варианты использования методов для проектов в области образования и компьютерных наук. Представлены исследования на основе сравнительного анализа, экспертного анализа и многокритериальной оценки составных элементов гибких методов управления. Представленные на основании анализа алгоритм нулевого этапа дизайн-проектирования будущего проекта и структурно-функциональная схема нулевого этапа дизайн-проектирования будущего проекта должны помочь в управлении проектами. The review is devoted to the synthesis of criteria for the optimal choice of a method, a set of methods and project management tools to achieve the best project management result. The review provides information about 35 software complexes (hereinafter called to as PCs) and, based on the analysis, propounds options for using methods for projects in the field of education and computer science. Research based on comparative analysis, expert analysis and multi-criteria evaluation of the components of flexible management methods. Presented on the basis of the analysis, the algorithm of the “zero stage” of “design-engineering” of the future project and the “structural and functional scheme” of the “zero stage” of design of the future project should help in project management.
