Having appeared almost simultaneously with the birth of man as a species, it has been exciting the minds of philosophers for several millennia, as it is directly connected with such issues as the search for social justice and ways to achieve it, the assessment of forms of government, the construction of an ideal state, ensuring the formation of a prosperous society, and many others.
