Статья посвящена анализу подходов к управлению взаимодействием со стейкхолдерами и балансированием интересов различных групп стейкхолдеров страховых организаций. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении актуальных для современного этапа развития корпоративного управления проблем взаимодействия страховых организаций со стейкхолдерами и разработке методологии оценки эффективности взаимодействия со стейкхолдерами. В результате исследования сформирована методика оценки эффективности взаимодействия страховой организации со стейкхолдерами и подходы к развитию взаимодействия страховой организации со стейкхолдерами. The article is devoted to the analysis of approaches to managing interaction with stakeholders and balancing the interests of various groups of stakeholders of insurance organizations. The purpose of the study is to identify the issues of interaction between insurance organizations and stakeholders that are relevant to the current stage of corporate governance development and to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of interaction with stakeholders. As a result of the study, a methodology was developed for assessing the effectiveness of the interaction between the insurance organization and stakeholders and approaches to the development of interaction between the insurance organization and stakeholders.
