В современном мире возрастает уровень конкуренции и скорость происходящих изменений, увеличивается разнообразие макро и микроэкономических факторов, существенно влияющих на деятельность хозяйствующих субъектов, усложняется их взаимодействие и изготавливаемая продукция. Наиболее остро эти обстоятельства проявляются в процессе функционирования крупных промышленных предприятий РФ, характеризующихся значительными масштабами деятельности, сложным внутренним устройством и многообразием взаимодействий и взаимосвязей во внутренней и внешней среде. При этом область снабжения отечественных крупных промышленных предприятий является сейчас одной из самых проблемных и нестабильных, одновременно являясь и одной из ключевых составляющих для достижения эффективной и успешной производственной деятельности. В этих непростых условиях необходимо искать резервы улучшения функционирования рассматриваемых предприятий, в частности использовать различные организационные инновации, одной из которых является концепция архитектуры предприятия и совершенствования системы бизнес-процессов. In the modern world, the level of competition and the speed of changes are increasing, the variety of macro and microeconomic factors that significantly affect the activities of economic entities is increasing, and their interaction and manufactured products are becoming more complicated. These circumstances are most acute in the process of functioning of large industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation, characterized by a significant scale of activity, a complex internal structure and a variety of interactions and relationships in the internal and external environment. At the same time, the field of supply of domestic large industrial enterprises is now one of the most problematic and unstable, while being one of the key components for achieving effective and successful production activities. In these difficult conditions, it is necessary to look for reserves to improve the functioning of the enterprises under consideration, in particular, to use various organizational innovations, one of which is the concept of enterprise architecture and improvement of the business process system.
