The paper reviews the results of studying the types of professional motivation and interpersonal relation styles among the winners of the leadership identification program 2017 of “Almaz - Antey” JSC Air and Space Defense Corporation. As a result, there were developed recommendations as to the organization of work aimed at the personal development of future managers
