The paper focuses on the mechanisms of increasing the corporate community of large industrial associations and introduces new approaches to developing the corporate culture at the integrated structures level. The experience of the “Almaz – Antey” Air and Space Defense Corporation in arranging scientific-technical, sport, mass cultural events and creative activities is summarized.
