FOSTERING OF ETHNOCULTURE AT STUDENTS IN THE REGIONAL UNIVERSITY OF CULTURE AND ARTS

Статья посвящена исследованию формирования энокультуры студентов в региональном вузе культуры и искусств. Актуальность проблемы обоснована недостаточной ее разработанностью и отсутствием целостной, педагогически обоснованной системы формирования энокультуры студентов.В статье рассматривается авторская программа «Мой Этномир», в которой предложены основные ориентиры формирования этнокультуры студентов при изучении дисциплин с национальным компонентом в вузе и во внеучебное время. Дано определение понятий «этнос», «этнокультура», «этнокультурные ценности», «этнокультурное воспитание», «формирование этнокультуры». Показана возможность формирования этнокультуры студентов в целостном педагогическом процессе регионального вуза культуры и искусств. Выявлен воспитательный потенциал учебных дисциплин регионального компонента основных образовательных программ, расширяющий возможности формирования этнокультуры студентов. Рассмотрены внеурочные мероприятия, проводимые в рамках реализации программы (научно-практические конференции, конкурсы и фестивали, проектная деятельность и т. п.). Экспериментально доказана эффективность реализации авторской программы «Мой Этномир» в Чувашском государственном институте культуры и искусств. Эксперимент позволил сделать вывод о том, что после проведения определенной педагогической работы по авторской программе «Мой Этномир» уровень сформированности этнокультуры студентов значительно вырос, у них сформировалось этнокультурное мировоззрение, повысился интерес к народному творчеству. The article is devoted to the study of fostering of ethnoculture at students of the regional university of culture and arts. The relevance of the study is due to its having been poorly developed and there being no integral pedagogically justified system of fostering of ethnoculture at students.The article considers the author’s programme “My Ethnoworld” which presents the basic guidelines of fostering of ethnoculture at students when studying university and extracurricular subjects with the ethnic component; provides the definition of the concepts of ethnos, ethnoculture, ethnocultural values, ethnocultural education, fostering of ethnoculture. It shows that it is possible to foster ethnoculture at students in an integral pedagogical process of the regional university of culture and arts; reveals the educational potential of the regional component of the basic educational programmes, which expands the possibilities of fostering of ethnoculture at students; considers some extracurricular events held in terms of implementation of the programme (research-to-practice conferences, contests and festivals, projects, etc.); experimentally proved the effectiveness of the implementation of the author’s programme “My Ethnoworld” in the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts. The experiment proved that after the implementation of the author’s programme “My Ethnoworld”, the level ethnoculture at students has significantly increased; the students have developed an ethnocultural worldview and an interest in folk arts.
