Since the inaugural Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC) in 1993, APCC has become a forum for researchers and engineers to present and showcase advancements related to information and communication technologies and services. Under the theme “Intelligent Communications for Sustainable Development”, the 20th Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications was held in the dynamic and colorful city of Pattaya, Thailand during October 1-3, 2014.
