. In recent years, making prosthetic restorations with high aesthetics was a constant challenge to the dentist. New materials and technologies for obtaining fixed prosthetic rehabilitation without metal support make an important contribution in obtaining dental aesthetics. Case presentation. In this paper we present the case of a patient who requested recovery prosthetic treatment of maxillary region for aesthetic reasons. Conclusions. Using in the current dental practice of ceramic crowns on zirconium support was an important step for achieving superior esthetic restorations, much better integrated and highly tolerated by periodontal tissues. Today, patients are much better informed and asks for oral rehabilitation with modern materials with high bio compatibility and look as close to natural.
