Recent investigations of hydrobiids from Kythira Island (Greece) revealed two Pseudamnicola species, P. magdalenae Falniowski 2016, already sequenced by Szarowska et al. (2015), and an unnamed species of the latter genus. The aim of this paper is to describe the new species of the genus Pseudamnicola from Kythira Island.
