Se analizan las capacidades institucionales de los municipios del departamento Punilla (Córdoba, Argentina) mediante el cálculo de la eficiencia técnica, para los períodos 2017-2018. Se utiliza la técnica Análisis Envolvente de Datos (DEA), output orientado. Los resultados muestran que para ser eficientes algunos municipios, de los 16 bajo estudio, deben realizar importantes mejoras en la administración y asignación de recursos.
ABSTRACT:
Institutional capacities of the municipalities of the Punilla department (Córdoba), are analyzed through the technical efficiency, for the period 2017-2018.The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique is used, output oriented. The results show that to be efficient several municipalities, of the 16 under study, must make significant improvements in the administration and allocation of resources.
