The modern challenges related to the development of the cryptoindustry

The models of the countries of the world on the level of introduction of cryptocurrencies in digital economy in context of state policy are structured. Emphasis is placed on the lack of uniform international reference rules for regulating cryptocurrency transactions. The concept and content, features of development of modern cryptoindustry are generalized. The peculiarities of the legislative support of the cryptoindustry in some foreign countries (Brazil, Salvador, Switzerland, Russian Federation) are studied. The conceptual principles aimed at the development and introduction of national digital currencies in some foreign countries (Great Britain, Sweden, Jamaica, Nigeria) are highlighted. The general recommendations for the circulation of virtual assets, approved by the International Financial Action Task Force (FATF), are detailed. The differences and relations between cryptocurrencies and national digital currencies are determined. The directions of improvement of the legal support for further development of the cryptoindustry are outlined. The challenges provoked by the development of the cryptoindustry for the domestic secret service are summarized.
