The issues of automation of creation of subject thesauri in the field of regulatory and legal information are considered in the work. It is proposed to use documents of the regulatory framework as a source of creating a lexicographic resource. The possibilities of such an approach are demonstrated on the example of data related to the qualification of crimes.
