The materials of the article present a method of improving the control of the technical condition of automobile and armored vehicles by automating the accounting of the cost of its engine resources.
The article reveals the essence, content and main stages of the above methodology, as well as prospects for its implementation in the operational and service activities of units and bodies of state border protection.
The methodology is developed on the basis of existing methods and methods of obtaining information tested by leading scientists in this field and the procedure for maintaining technical documentation in units and bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, which is regulated by regulations.
The essence of the methodology is to create a single information space and database of samples of armored vehicles and phased data on their registration and movement, during the main modes of technical operation, as well as continuous monitoring and control of their technical condition, resource consumption, competence drivers and repairmen, the correctness of technical documentation.
In the development of this technique used scientific and methodological tool for automated submission of information about the equipment and its personnel. The method is designed for use by specialists of engineering and technical units of state border guards and regional departments, as well as specialists of the Department of Armaments and Technical Support of the Department of Logistics of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The scientific novelty of the advanced technique is that, in contrast to the existing ones, it uses information technology of automated accumulation of information about a sample of armored vehicles when registering and evolution during operation, creating a single information space and increasing the speed of phased automated feeding. information that will positively affect the safe state of the operational process as a whole.
