METHODS OF EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF REPAIR OF AIRCRAFT L-39 AT AIRCRAFT REPAIR ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF HYBRID WAR

In ensuring the efficiency of repairs on L-39C aircraft at aircraft repair enterprises, the regulatory framework is of great importance, which provides an opportunity to perform repairs efficiently, quickly with savings in public funds. In this regard, the issue of organization and implementation of repairs by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine needs special attention. The quality of aircraft repairs is controlled at existing enterprises almost since their inception for more than 50 years. Since then, the creation of a regulatory framework that ensures the functioning of factory repairs of aircraft began. The issue of improving the efficiency of aircraft repair by aircraft repair enterprises is relevant and complex at the same time, because every year in the world becomes more demanding requirements to ensure safety, regularity of flights, reduce maintenance costs, restoration and repair of aircraft. In recent years, aircraft repair enterprises in Ukraine have seen a significant decline not only in production, but also in the level of quality and range of services provided. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a set of scientifically sound methods for evaluating and improving the efficiency of aircraft repair by domestic aircraft repair enterprises. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of repairs on L-39 aircraft at the aircraft repair enterprises. The analysis of ways to increase the efficiency of repair of L-39 aircraft due to such factors as: time, cost, quality. According to the results of research, methodological ways to increase the efficiency of repair of aircraft type L-39 are proposed.
