The importance of this research comes from the studies of the mass media, particularlytelevision. It is followed by an important component of the process, which may contribute tothe formulation of part of the messages to it by evaluating them with a process that echoes thecontent provided by these media., and this research aims to identify patterns The audience ofthe city of Baghdad was exposed to news programs on the Iraqi satellite channels, and toknow the reasons for the audience’s follow-up to them and the objectives of viewing, and theextent to which they depended on them as sources of news. The Iraqi satellite channels, andto know the issues that the public is keen to follow up on in the news programs. to obtainadequate answers that serve the objectives of the research, and the research reaches its resultsC most importantly.
