The current research aims to test the relationship of the impact of the quality of humanresource practices on e-governance in the Ministry of Higher Education and ScientificResearch, in order to diagnose the level of interest of the said ministry with the main researchvariables and their dimensions. Coming up with a set of recommendations that contribute toimproving the level of performance of its administrative system to achieve quality in itsoutputs when it adopts the research variables. 300 of them were retrieved, while (290)questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis, and the measurement tool (thequestionnaire) was strengthened with interviews. With the members of the surveyedcommunity within the different administrative levels, the research relied on statisticalprograms (AMOS V.25- SPSS V.26-) to analyze the primary data, with the use of descriptiveand inferential statistics methods represented in testing the research hypotheses. Based on themain questions of the research, the statistical analysis showed a number of results, mostnotably the presence of a significant impact on the quality of human resource practices in egovernance, and one of the most important recommendations is the necessity of taking intoaccount quality standards when selecting individuals working for the organization concerned,as it helps them to apply modern methods such as e-governance.
