At the present stage of the functioning of market relations is an urgent problem of the emergence of unforeseen risks that impede the effective operation of the enterprise, which carries out its activities in the field of intermediary services. Therefore, it is advisable to characterize the methods and principles of effective risk management in the intermediary activity, in order to identify and prevent the development of unforeseen situations in the enterprise in a timely manner.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the features of risk management of intermediary enterprises.Results. In order to manage the effective operation of the enterprise, the risk management features of the intermediary enterprises should be taken into account. Different types of risks affect the operation of the enterprise in different ways. The impact of the risks can be positive or negative. The source of threats is the negative factors that cause the economic security of the enterprise. The reasons for the emergence of risks in the mediation activity and possible ways of reducing the risks of the intermediary enterprise are indicated, among which are the following: warnings, diversification, insurance, reserves and others. The basic methods and principles of risk management of the intermediary enterprise are highlighted. The most appropriate method of ensuring the effective operation of intermediary firms is the transfer of risk control.Conclusion. The use of this study, with regard to the particularities of risk management, the basic methods and principles, will enable brokers to be more prepared for unforeseen situations and reduce the risk of reducing the level of intermediary services. The information may be useful for businesses that are interested in improving the efficiency of their activities and reducing the likelihood that their risks will be adversely affected.
