Статья посвящена некоторым аспектам формирования профессиональной компетентности преподавателя РКИ: рассмотрена структура компетентной личности, выявлены наиболее актуальные для современной цифровой эпохи ключевые компетенции педагога, предложены способы развития профессиональной личности педагога в соответствии с современными тенденциями и запросами общества. The article is devoted to some aspects of the formation of the professional competence of a teacher of Russian as a foreign language: the structure of a competent personality is considered, the key competencies of the teacher are most relevant for the modern digital era, and ways of developing the professional personality of a teacher in accordance with modern trends and demands of society are proposed.
