Main indexes of the Murmansk oblast forestry from its appearance as Murmansk governorate and further transformations to Murmansk okrug and Murmansk oblast are shown in the article. Time series for 1921–2020 period were designed and studied for lands of main forest fund categories, forest cover, total wood stock, logging (with industrial wood), area of forest forming species by age classification
