The analysis of the new varieties Tagetes patula L. ('Strawberry Blonde', 'Disco Marietta'), Tagetes erecta L. ('Dune Formula Mix'), Antirrhinum majus L. ('Antiquity'), Petunia hybrida Vilm. ('Success HD', 'Aphrodite', 'Dreams Red Picotee') and Callistephus chinensis (L.) Nees ('Pot Patio Pink') demonstrated their high decorative effect and long-lasting flowering in the Arctic. The morphometric indicators of the varieties fully correspond to the indicators of plants grown in more southern regions. The varieties are recommended for urban flower decoration of the Kola North.
