The clinical characteristics and the course of alcohol dependence, preceding the formation of a complicated sonata were studied in 60 patients. It has been established that in most cases, the introduction to sonatas occurs against the background of an expanded stage of previous alcoholism, characterized by a rapid rate of development and high progression.
