The Guerrero Negro wetland is one of the most relevant sites for waterfowl in Mexico and is an important breeding site. This note describes the first nesting records of Avoceta americana (Recurvirostra americana) and Ibis white (Eudocimus albus) in this wetland, thereby increasing the number of species whose nesting has been recorded in area.
