Sommario: L’articolo consiste in un «esercizio di lettura» di una cantiga de amor del trovatore galego-portoghese Pai Gomez Charinho (Oi eu sempre, mia sennor, dizer), della quale viene identificata la fonte paremiologica, fino ad ora sfuggita agli studiosi.
