To the Question of Development of Pedagogical Readiness for use Information and Communication Technologies in the Educational Process

в нашем исследовании рассматривается готовность педагогов к решению актуальных профессиональных задач и ее отличие от педагогического мастерства и профессиональной компетентности с позиций педагогики индивидуальности. Акцент делается на субъективной составляющей этого феномена, которая проявляется в первую очередь в мотивационной сфере, а также в эмоциональной, волевой сферах и в сфере саморегуляции педагога. Предлагаемый подход позволит выделить и описать уровни готовности педагогов применительно к решению задач, связанных с использованием ИКТ в образовательном процессе, наметить эффективные меры управленческого содействия ее развитию в образовательной организации. our research substantiates the essence of teachers' readiness to solve urgent professional problems and its difference from pedagogical skills and professional competence from the standpoint of the pedagogy of individuality. The emphasis is on the subjective component of this phenomenon, which manifests itself primarily in the motivational sphere, as well as in the emotional sphere and in the sphere of teacher's self-regulation. This approach makes it possible to identify and describe the levels of teachers' readiness to solve problems associated with the use of ICT in the educational process, to outline effective measures for management support for their development in the educational organization.
