статья посвящена вопросу дистанционных технологий в обучении персонала компаний. Сетевое дистанционное образование – это комплексное использование новой модели образования и обучения с помощью современных коммуникационных технологий, мультимедийных технологий и сетевых технологий. Из-за многих преимуществ его методика значительно отличается от методики традиционной модели образования, поэтому используется больше в системе повышения квалификации сотрудников. Приоритетным становится изучение и внедрение инновационных моделей образования, которые больше подходят для корпоративного обучения. the article is devoted to the issue of remote technologies in the training of company personnel. Online distance education is a comprehensive use of a new model of education and training with the help of modern communication technologies, multimedia technologies and network technologies. Due to many advantages, its methodology differs significantly from the methodology of the traditional model of education, so it is used more in the system of professional development of employees. The priority is the study and implementation of innovative educational models that are more suitable for corporate training.
