Раскрыта сущность психологического подхода в изучении этого явления, выявлены основные показатели психологического климата образовательной организации при внедрении данного подхода, критерии его внедрения. the article provides an understanding of the problem of self-management of a teacher. The essence of the psychological approach in the study of self-management of a teacher is revealed. The main indicators of the psychological climate of the educational organization during the implementation of this approach, as well as the criteria for its implementation, are identified.
