в статье рассмотрены содержательные аспекты понятия «мониторинг», определено понятие «мониторинг в процессе общей управленческой подготовки». Содержательно представлены принципы к оценке результатов обучения, обосновано применение мониторинга в процессе общей управленческой подготовки. Определены функции мониторинга в процессе общей управленческой подготовки. the article examines the substantive aspects of the concept of "monitoring", defines the concept of "monitoring in the process of general management training." The principles for the assessment of learning outcomes are presented in a meaningful way. The application of monitoring in the process of general management training has been substantiated. The functions of monitoring in the process of general management training have been determined.
