Автор описывает опыт двух российских столиц в сфере продвижения поликультурного образования в школах, определяет вклад ученых и педагогов в развитие поликультурного образования РФ. The article considers the stages of formation and development of poli-cultural education in Russia. Сurrent directions and main scientific schools of Moscow and St. Petersburg are determined. The article describes the Moscow and St. Petersburg experience in the field of promoting poli-cultural education in schools, determines the contribution of scientists and teachers to the development of poli-cultural education in the Russian Federation.
