автор рассматривает право искусственного интеллекта как новейшую учебную дисциплину, вызванную к жизни появлением соответствующей отрасли права. В статье сделан акцент на формирование новой отрасли права как объективной необходимости, детерминированной научно-техническим развитием и внедрением информационных технологий, основанных на функционировании систем искусственного интеллекта. Широкое применение роботов, систем искусственного интеллекта, автоматизированных систем управления в таких важных сферах как образование, медицина, государственное управление, судопроизводство и пр. требуют всестороннего, гибкого и прозрачного правового регулирования новых общественных отношений. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что в основную образовательную программу подготовки юристов и целого ряда других профессий будущего (сетевой юрист, киберследователь, юридический архитектор, юрист-инженер, адвокат робота и др.) целесообразно включить право искусственного интеллекта как общепрофессиональную дисциплину. the author considers the law of artificial intelligence the newest academic discipline brought to life by the appearance of the corresponding branch of law. The article focuses on the formation of a new branch of law as an objective necessarily determined by scientific and technical development and implementation of information technologies based on the functioning of artificial intelligence systems. The broad application of robots, artificial intelligence systems, automated control systems in such important areas as education, medicine, public administration, legal proceedings, etc. requires comprehensive, flexible, and transparent legal regulation of new public relations. In this regard, the author concludes that the main educational program for lawyers and a number of other professions of the future (a network lawyer, a cyber investigator, legal architect, attorney, engineer, lawyer robot, etc.) should include the law of artificial intelligence as a General professional discipline.
