в статье проведен анализ некоторых социологических концепций, фокусирующих внимание на трансформации знания в современном обществе. Трансформация знания предполагает изменение процесса его воспроизводства и передачи, то есть изменения процесса обучения. Процесс обучения в современном обществе должен быть направлен на выработку способностей самообучения. Трансформация знаний, новые требования к педагогическому процессу и современные технологии формируют новые требования к школьному педагогу. В работе очерчены основные конторы требований к профессиональным навыкам школьного учителя. the article analyzes some sociological concepts focusing on the transformation of knowledge in modern society. The transformation of knowledge presupposes a change in the process of its reproduction and transmission, that is, a change in the learning process. The learning process in modern society should be aimed at developing self-learning abilities. The transformation of knowledge, new requirements for the pedagogical process and modern technologies form new requirements for the schoolteacher. The work outlines the main offices of the requirements for the professional skills of a schoolteacher.
