статья посвящена исследованию конструктивных аспектов процесса формирования правомерной модели поведения обучающихся при применении дистанционных систем образования. Особое внимание уделено проблемам выстраивания и интегрирования правомерной линии поведения и правового воспитания обучающихся путем применения инновационных технологий при дистанционном обучении. В статье сформулированы соответствующие предложения по выработке концепций, программ и методик, направленных на повышение уровня правовых знаний и правопонимания обучающихся при применении дистанционных систем образования. the article is devoted to the study of constructive aspects of the process of forming a legitimate model of behavior of students in the application of distance education systems. Special attention is paid to the problems of building and integrating a legitimate line of behavior and legal education of students using innovative technologies in the remote format of the educational process. The article formulates appropriate proposals for the development of concepts, programs and methods aimed at improving the level of legal knowledge and legal understanding of students in the application of distance education systems.
