в статье рассматриваются вопросы интеллектуальной трансформации высшего образования, правового регулирования применения цифровых технологий, ориентации ППС на разработку фонда оценочных средств для электронных курсов онлайн-образования и обеспечения качества подготовки «цифрового поколения» обучающихся как профессионально-ориентированного на применение интеллектуальных экосистем. the paper deals with the issues of intellectual transformation of higher education, legal regulation of the use of digital technologies, the orientation of teaching staff to develop a fund of evaluation tools for e-courses of online education and ensuring the quality of training of the "digital generation" of students as professionally oriented to the application of intellectual ecosystems.
