To observe changes of mitochondria and investigate the effect of ethanol on mitochondrial perme-ability transition pore (PTP), mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP, Delta psi m) and intracellular calcium concentration in hepatocytes by establishing an animal model of alcoholic liver disease (ALD).
