To analyze the effectiveness and safety of lamivudine treatment in patients with chronic HBV infection undergoing hemodialysis or after kidney transplantation, and to study the frequency of tyrosine-methionine-aspartate-aspartate (YMDD) mutation occurrence after lamivudine treatment.
