It is difficult to differentiate gallstone dyspepsia and functional dyspepsia by clinical symptoms and signs. We hypothesized that gallstone dyspepsia was related to abnormal gallbladder motility. We aimed to differentiate gallstone dyspepsia from functional dyspepsia by measuring gallbladder motility.
