To construct a prokaryotic expression vector carrying Campylobacter jejuni peb1A gene and express it in Escherichia coli. Immunoreactivity and antigenicity of rPEB1 were evaluated. The ability of rPEB1 to induce antibody responses and protective efficacy was identified.
