Tumors of the salivary glands make up about 2-6% of all human tumors. There is a certain dependence of the frequency of metastasis on the variants of histological types of neoplasms. Low-differentiated (48.9% of neoplasms) and moderately differentiated (20.7% of cases) forms of malignant tumors are more prone to metastasis. In this clinical and morphological case, a variant of low-grade adenocarcinoma of the parotid salivary gland with generalized hematogenous metastases to the internal organs is described. The histological description determines areas of tumor tissue with indistinct signs of functional differentiation, consisting of polymorphic low-differentiated cells that form incorrectly formed glandular structures and complexes with hyperchromic nuclei. Against the background of tumor progression, multiple organ failure occurred.
