The essence of the legal status of employees of financial institutions in Ukraine is analyzed in the article. Scientific approaches to the definition of approximate legal phenomena are presented. The content and specifics of this term have been clarified. The author's concept of legal status of employees of financial institutions in Ukraine is formulated.
