In the article the specifics of OSINT functioning principles in the field of anti-corruption activities in law enforcement agencies are analyzed. The scientific approaches to the formation of a system of such principles are presented. The author classified the principles of OSINT functioning in the field of anti-corruption activity in law enforcement agencies. The groups of these principles in the respective system are defined. The content and meaning of each is detailed. The role of OSINT functioning principles in the field of anticorruption activities in law enforcement is described. Their interconnections are established, common and distinctive features are identified.
