In the article the importance of legal fact in the context of the study of legal relations in the sphere of personnel support of the civil service of Ukraine is revealed. The peculiarities of legal relations in the sphere of personnel support of the civil service of Ukraine are investigated. The specificity of development and termination of legal relations in the sphere of personnel support of the civil service of Ukraine is analyzed. The content and role of each category in the specified area are revealed.
