In the article the constitutional guarantees of equality of rights and freedoms of women and menare analyzed. The classification of such guarantees is distinguished and the content of each of them ischaracterized. The role and significance of each constitutional guarantee of ensuring equality of rightsand freedoms of women and men in the system of other constitutional guarantees has been clarified
