The article considers the materials of hunting craft of northern Altaians, including the current state of traditional economic activities. The study of hunting craft is based on written sources with a combination of field ethnographic materials. Hunting craft has led to the formation of many interconnected phenomena of material and spiritual culture of northern Altaians.
